Effective litigation hold can be the cornerstone of successful discovery. In this session, observe the often-misunderstood and -underappreciated Litigation Hold Letter. Learn when to send them, when to expect them, the steps needed to comply with them and, most importantly, strategies on how to use them to get the evidence you need in your cases. Following a synopsis of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the importance of each step, learn how the use of technology (specifically Relativity) for document review can reduce costs and make your review more efficient. Attendees explore Relativity analytics, continuous active learning (CAL) workflows and dashboards/widgets that provide insight and a high-level case overview. Finally, analyze unique case studies and discuss additional resources available to help with redactions, mobile device review and contract attorney review.
