The 35th Annual NC/SC Labor & Employment Law Conference is held again at beautiful Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms.

This advanced level program highlights topics including ADR, NLRB, ethical best practices in employment law, as well as panel discussions on mixed-motive discrimination claims, the Defend Trade Secret Act and illegal drug use.

This year we also welcome Mike Johnson of Clear Law Institute as he covers questioning witnesses and assessing credibility in workplace investigations and a presentation on importance of being resilient.

As always, there is excellent substantive updates from the Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit, as well as the North and South Carolina state and district updates.

Planned by the SCBar CLE Division and the NCBA Labor & Employment Law Section
