Michael Crowell discusses changes to our state trial and appellate courts as a result of recent legislation and court decisions.

North Carolina’s Partisan Gerrymandering Litigation, Common Cause v. Rucho, argued before the United States Supreme Court on March 26, 2019.

Eddie Speas, counsel for Common Cause, fills us in on the argument and provides an overview of the litigation.
