Are you an attorney who regularly practices in the land use and zoning area? Or do you dabble in land use and zoning area as a general practitioner? Either way, join us to hear practical and useful sessions on land use and zoning from the development perspective and the government perspective.
This program includes the always helpful legislative and case law updates and interesting topics that touch the zoning, planning and land use field, including stormwater and the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA).
In addition, you get the chance to participate in a fast-paced debate between two attorneys who are members of the Section about current (“hot”) topics involving zoning, planning and land use issues.
If all of that isn’t enough to get you to attend, an hour of ethics/professional responsibility regarding the Attorney-Client Privilege and ethical considerations when non-client, non-attorney professionals are involved is included.
Remember, this year the Zoning, Planning & Land Use Section Annual Meeting is not your typical CLE – it’s an extravaganza!
