For the last decade, state bars have been amending their rules of professional conduct to take into account the technological changes that are rapidly changing how lawyers practice law in the Digital Age.
In this webinar, Professor Mark Yochum examines the changes that have been enacted in our ethics canon as a result of the technological changes in recent years.
In particular, he addresses rules that have been enacted (or are being considered) as they relate to:
- Protecting client files and data
- Outsourcing legal tasks
- Attorney advertising
- Client solicitations
- Mining metadata
All registrations are taken through our partner Mesa CLE. The NCBAF CLE department will faciliatate the attendance reporting with the NC State Bar.
