A wide range of topics—from mediation to immigration, and assists attendees in recognizing the outside stressors and influences affecting the daily practice of workers’ compensation—are also covered.

Attendees receive effective tools to assist with claim resolution, the handling of third-party claims/subrogation issues, and information regarding ethical issues specific to workers’ compensation claims.
