This session deals with trying to avoid the claim that makes all attorneys nervous – a claim of legal malpractice.

This session identifies common malpractice traps in employment law matters including: the element of a claim, principles of preventing malpractice, preventing claims, and loss minimization.

The materials also provide substantive examples of common employment law malpractice scenarios.
