Click on the "In Depth" tab for tuition and speaker information.

In 2017, House Bill 589 became law and made sweeping changes to North Carolina's energy policy framework. These changes, particularly related to how solar and wind energy facilities are sited and built in North Carolina, may have significant impacts on land use in certain parts of the State.

This session focuses on the intersection of energy and real property law, as well as discusses other emerging land use issues related to renewable energy.
