This CLE provides attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the Juvenile Justice Reinvestment Act, new legislation that will expand juvenile court jurisdiction in North Carolina and bring significant changes to the state’s juvenile system and other youth-serving institutions.

This CLE also covers many of the practical and ethical implications of these reforms.
