This three-state joint program brings together for the first time environmental attorneys and regulators from Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina for continuing legal education and professional development.
A unique networking opportunity for attendees, the program emphasizes federal and regional environmental issues of interest in all three states, but also includes state-specific programming in break-out sessions.
Program presentations provide the perspectives of regulators and attorneys from all three states as well as representatives from EPA Region IV.
The program schedule also provides ample opportunities for social interaction with new contacts and to enjoy springtime in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
Planned by the NCBA Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Law Section, State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar
